We currently seek to hire experienced licensed loan officers, sales Account Exectives as retail and wholes account managers and loan processors. We are looking for professionals that are prepared to finance most types of real estate; residential or commercial.
Our products include:
Residential:
- Conventional, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, Jumbo, Super Jumbo, Reverse Mortgages, I-TIN Numbers, Foreign Nationals, and more.
Hard Money / Asset Based Lending:
- Equity/Cash Outs, Acquisition/Purchase, Rate & Term Refinancing.Bridge/Swing Loans, Foreclosure-Bail-Out-Loans, Real-Estate-Tax-Loans, Investor Loans, REHAB Loans, construction, builder, Development & Construction loans.
Commercial:
- Conventional; Private Banking, Asset Based Commercial-Mortgage-Financing. Government-Guaranteed/Backed-Mortgages; Owner Occupied SBA-504, SBA-7(A). Equities/Cash Outs, Acquisitions, Rate & Term Refinancing, and more.

***ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES, ACCOUNT MANAGERS & LOAN OFFICERS***
AE JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing to top producing realtors
- Visiting accounts on a weekely, bi-weekly basis
- Keeping up with prospects and accounts on a daily basis
- Build and maintain strong relationship with accounts (Realtors, brokers, bankers, CPA's, etc)
- Set up and review initial RE broker registration/application packages for completeness prior to submission
- Present loan products and pricing to mortgage brokers and assisting brokers in offering our loan products for their customers
- Train brokers and all wholesale clients on loan submission process and monitor broker submissions.
- Manage production pipeline to ensure timely flow through wholesale process.
- Assists in resolving customer issues on a loan-by-loan basis.
Requirements:
- ETHICAL, Well Dressed, Professional Sales Skills.
- Good Current Reputation in the Industry
- 2+ years in Mortgage Experience.
- Current Book of Business, & Contacts in the Real Estate & Mortgage industries.
- Technical proficiency with loan production software, e-mail, Word, and Excel.
- Bilingual if possible

***LOAN PROCESSORS NEEDED***
We are currently looking for experienced loan processors that are knowledgeable within FHA, Conventional Guidelines and possible Hard Money loans. We will rely on our Loan Processors to call leads, quickly learn how to process a Hard Money transaction (if not known already), follow up, originate, process all types of loans, create comprehensive data reports, and much more. We will be provided multiple hot leads daily. Commission based only. 1-2 months to close and FHA. 1-3 weeks to close a Hard Money. $600-$850 per file. Minimum of closing 4 loans a month. No maximum limited. Top processor will get more and better leads than others. Very competitive environment. Learn fast, know it fast, close more deals!
Requirements:
• 2+ years in experience (worked with brokers is a +)
• Excellent ability to plan, organize, and follow up.
• Strong analytic ability in solving problems
• Bilingual is a plus (+++++)
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Point and other software programs related to processing
• Must be able to work 9:00-6:00pm M-F
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

Gold Quest Group is looking for determined and energetic interns who can work a flexible schedule. Good at advertising and Marketing? Looking to gain some experience in the Financing/Real Estate Field? This could be your chance to build experience, skill and enhance your Resume!
Requirements:
Majors which would best fit the internship include: Marketing, Finance, and Business. This internship is NOT an hourly paid internship as we groom entrepreneurs. You will be compensated commission based. Need to be Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, social media and other office essentials. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
