Keisha, I want to write this letter to acknowledge the fact that you are truly a professional and a dedicated person who believes in getting the job done. Your hard work, persistence and the responsiveness to closing my file is commendable. You stayed on top of everything along the entire process and were always available to speak to me when I needed to talk to you. Keeping in touch with me thru the process was the most important part for me. Staying in the darl is nt a good thing but you kept me motivated.
I now look back in time when I came to the office of Lorena Sanchez and given your office this file to work on after months of frustration with another broker and when Lorena put me in touch with you, I started seeing results in the process. I started this transaction last June with another broker and after several months of going back and forth and sitting idle waiting and hoping something were to happen but no results and till today I don’t know what the holdup was with the other broker. Once I gave you my file in November and after a couple of weeks I started seeing the file move forwards in the process towards closing. It was a good feeling to know that finally something is happening. If it wasn’t for the slow Holiday season in December, we could have closed at the end of December 2011.

Great Mortgage Company! I purchased my house and i got a 4.875% interest rate and my credit was not so great. I tried Chase and Wells Fargo and they could not get me approved. I strongly recommend this company, they got great products.
